Refund Guidelines
In order to successfully obtain refund, all cancellation
requests must be submitted via the Online
Support Center within the first 30 calendar
days of service.
Once the cancellation request is validated,
your account charges will be refunded according
to the terms of this policy, no questions asked.
Only applies to shared hosting accounts. In
order to maintain our low prices, we are not
able to offer refunds for reseller accounts.
Reseller accounts must make a quarterly or yearly
commitment.
All requests for account cancellations **must
be** submitted as a support request via the
Online Support Center.
We DO NOT accept account cancellation
requests to be submitted by telephone or by
email.
Domain Fees
Domain registration fees will be deducted from
any eligible refund. This is a necessity to prevent
individuals from ordering our services then later
cancel for the purpose of obtaining a domain registration
at our expense.
